Kliger Wood was founded in 1938 and our firm has always been a key member of the Melbourne property agency sector. The Joint Managing Directors, Barry Novy and Eugene Wood, are recognised leaders in the property agency profession in Melbourne.

Barry Novy joined the firm in 1975 and was appointed a Director in 1984. He has significant academic, commercial and business experience complementing his real estate expertise.

Eugene Wood joined as a Director in 1992 after over ten years with a prominent property agency where he headed the Melbourne CBD commercial and investment property portfolio.

Kliger Wood is a licensed Real Estate Agent and our senior executives are licensed Estate Agents, maintaining active involvement with industry bodies including the Real Estate Institute of Victoria, the Australian Property Institute, the Property Council of Australia, the Australian Retailers Association and others.
